Summer is over, Fall has started and this means lots of new and returning series on TV. In these exciting few weeks, a lot can change in terms of ratings. Interesting thing about the returning shows on CBS of this week is the fact that none of them are now on the syndication threshold. Of course there are those series which are already way past this point, take The Big Bang Theory or NCIS: Los Angeles. More interestingly, we have brand new series Life In Pieces and Limitless.
Life In Pieces enjoyed the lead-in from The Big Bang Theory and therefore had quite good ratings. This will likely stay like this for as long as the show has this good lead-in. In November both shows will move from Monday nights to Thursday nights. Limitless did not have the luxury of a good lead-in and it did get a much lower rating than Life In Pieces. However, the show still did pretty good and managed to get a higher rating than its preceding show NCIS: New Orleans. Last year, Person Of Interest, which occupied the same timeslot got similar ratings.
