Animal Kingdom centers on the matriarch (Ellen Barkin) of a Southern California family that is prone to indulgence and excess, funded by criminal activities. Family members include Scott Speedman (Felicity), Shawn  Hatosy (Southland) and Daniella Alonso (Revolution).
