Getting On is about doctors and nurses of a Long Beach extended-care facility as they struggle with the harsh reality of caring for the elderly. The series is based on a British series of the same name, and stars Laurie Metcalf, Alex Borstein, Niecy Nash and Mel Rodriguez.
