Search Party

Search Party is a dark comedy about Dory (Alia Shawkat), a fragile, frustrated girl who's not particularly proud of her accomplishments, as they are pretty much non-existent. She is stuck in a relationship with her boyfriend, Drew (John Reynolds). Dory also feels removed from her best friends Elliott (John Early), a self-diagnosed narcissist and Portia (Meredith Hagner), an actress struggling to balance chronic insecurity and pathological self-absorption. The four self-absorbed 20-somethings come together when a former college acquaintance mysteriously disappears.
