After months of speculation, CBS has finally pulled the trigger by canceling Person Of Interest and announcing its upcoming fifth season as the show’s final season.

Just earlier today, the Eye network announced a premiere date, unusual schedule and finale date for the highly anticipated fifth season of the show.

Person Of Interest is a crime series with a rich mythology, revolving around mysterious millionaire Finch (Michael Emerson) and presumed-dead CIA operative Reese (Jim Caviezel), who work together with an omniscient artificial intelligence created by Finch to prevent crimes from happening.
