NBC Predictions: Crowded Cancelled; Grimm has been Renewed

Other recent Renewals and Cancellations on NBC:
- Grimm Renewed at NBC for Season 6 (April 6th)
- NBC Predictions: Heartbeat not looking great (April 3rd)
Grimm was the lucky show this week, as it received an official order for a sixth season. The show, notoriously low-rating but nevertheless the only show able to survive on NBC’s Friday nights for quite a few seasons, has more than enough episodes for syndication and is doing very good in delayed viewing, adding 90% in Live+7 Days over Live+Same Day ratings.
Crowded has stabilized in the ratings, but unfortunately for the comedy, it has done so at a level that means a Likely Cancellation. NBC has been struggling with comedy for a couple of seasons now, but is not willing to settle for less and has thusly cancelled nearly every single comedy on its schedule for the past few years. Therefore, it seems unlikely that it will hesitate to cancel Crowded if it is not doing well enough in the ratings.
